Mikhail Souslov

Founder of FlexSolution

Mikhail Souslov graduated from the University of Lausanne with a Master's degree in law and economics in 2018 and immediately joined a fiduciary company in Fribourg, where he worked as a lawyer and tax specialist for Swiss and international clients.

In 2022, he founded the legal consulting firm FlexSolution.

Alexandre Overney

Accountant

Alexandre Overney graduated from the University of Fribourg in 2022 with a master's degree in economics. He worked for over 4 years in a fiduciary company in Fribourg, providing services to both regional and international clients.

In 2023, he joined FlexSolution. Alexandre provides accounting services and in parallel teaches economics and law at the Collège Saint-Michel in Fribourg.
